Responsibilities / Duties:
- Provide exemplary service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues.
- Assist customers with requests and transactions using one of our communication channels (phone, email, text, chat, Interactive Teller Machine).
- Handle routine banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, handling payments, etc.).
- Identify Bank Midwest products and services that best fit customer needs.
Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in PC based applications (Microsoft, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Schedule:
- The Customer Call Center is open Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. Contact Center Associates are scheduled to work an 8-hour shift during call center hours of business.
- Will work a Saturday rotation (8 am to Noon). When scheduled to work Saturday, there will be a half day off during the work week.

Education:
