Compensation Range: $23.00-$33.00/hr, Depending on experience.

Work Hours: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 8-5pm.
Skills / Requirements / Qualifications:
- Maintain new and renewal insurance business.
- Must be licensed in Life/Health insurance or be willing to obtain licensing within the first six months of employment.
- Field customer requests involving insurance policies.
- Retrieve scheduled renewal policy information from carrier websites.
- Update annual renewal comparison spreadsheets.
- Establish and maintain confidential files and records.
- Efficiently process renewals, enrollments, change requests, and claims.
- Quote and remarket customer accounts as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required.
