Work Hours: Part-time: 20-25 hours between 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday.

Skills / Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Develop and implement written quality control procedures that comply with bank internal control guidelines.

  • Performs quality control reviews of deposit account file maintenance using the file management case system, related documentation and approvals, and follow-up with branch employees to remedy exceptions.

  • Reviews new deposit account documentation and follows up with branches on missing, incomplete, or improper documents. Ensure that all proper documentation is stored in Director on a timely basis.

  • Reviews high-risk areas such as holds, stop payments, or other areas as noted by internal audit recommendations.

  • Reports to supervisor any defects and trends that are encountered during review processes.

  • Knowledgeable on deposit programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while complying with all Federal and State compliance policies.

  • Reviews Digital Banking reports and documentation for accurate set-up and appropriate changes.

  • Balances the Federal Reserve account.

  • Position requires a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or banking or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in bank operations or technology.
