go-to expert for cash management products and services Assist clients
with online banking, ACH, remote deposit capture, and more Troubleshoot
issues (including password resets and scanner support) Respond quickly
to questions and resolve concerns with a high level of care Support
retention by delivering an exceptional client experienceOperations &
Administration Set up and maintain cash management services (ACH,
Business Online Banking, Merchant Capture, fraud tools, etc.) Accurately
process account changes, maintenance, and documentation Partner with
internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations Monitor
compliance with banking regulations and internal policies Maintain
inventory (tokens, scanners) and ensure processes stay current Conduct
risk reviews and recommend process improvementsSales Support Assist with
onboarding new clients and setting up services Identify opportunities to
introduce additional products that meet client needs Support
relationship growth through thoughtful cross-sellingWhat You Bring
Required: High school diploma or GED 1 year of experience in banking or
financial services Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong
attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred: Experience with
cash management products (ACH, RDC, online banking, etc.) 2 years in
retail or business banking Familiarity with business deposit accounts
and services Previous exposure to sales or client relationship support
