Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organization’s financial planning, management, and reporting. Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to maximize profitability and growth.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal planning to ensure sound financial health.
  • Lead corporate accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manage treasury functions including cash flow management, banking relationships, and liquidity planning to optimize financial resources.
  • Conduct risk analysis and implement risk mitigation strategies across operational, financial, and compliance areas.
  • Oversee regulatory reporting processes such as SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance and other statutory filings.
  • Supervise financial software systems and ensure accurate financial report writing and interpretation for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive revenue management initiatives by analyzing market trends, developing pricing strategies, and supporting business development efforts.
  • Ensure effective expense management, cost control measures, and budget adherence across all departments.
  • Provide leadership in strategic planning sessions to align financial goals with organizational objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in corporate finance, including fiscal management, revenue cycle management, and profit & loss oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards such as GAAP, IFRS, IAS, ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition), COSO (Internal Control Framework), and regulatory requirements like SOX.
  • Proven expertise in mergers & acquisitions, business development, and strategic planning to support organizational growth initiatives.
  • Advanced skills in financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and market analysis to inform decision-making processes.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience supervising finance teams and collaborating with senior leadership on complex projects.
  • Proficiency in financial software platforms combined with technical accounting skills including cost accounting, tax accounting, governmental accounting, and supply chain finance.
  • Excellent negotiation skills paired with strong business analysis abilities to identify opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement.
  • Deep understanding of risk management practices related to financial concepts such as market risks, regulatory changes, and internal controls like COSO frameworks.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial reports accurately while communicating insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll management systems along with expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition standards for service-based organizations. Pay: $145,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
