This is a full-time on-site role located in Metairie, LA for a Kitchen Manager. The Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain food quality standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities include supervising staff, planning and organizing food preparation, managing kitchen inventory, and upholding an efficient and clean work environment. Additionally, the Kitchen Manager will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage experiences for customers while supporting the culinary team’s operational success.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Food Quality
- Demonstrated knowledge in Culinary Management and leadership within kitchen operations
- Familiarity with Food & Beverage services and standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage inventory, budgets, and staff effectively
- Experience in maintaining compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Culinary certification or relevant experience in restaurant or kitchen management is preferred
