About the Role

Bango Distribution is a fast-growing cannabis distributor representing some of the hottest premium brands in New Jersey. We’re looking for an outgoing, charismatic, and energetic Brand Ambassador who lives and breathes cannabis and loves being the face of the brands they represent.
This is not a typical 9-5. Every day is different, exciting, and full of people, events, photos, and good vibes. If you love the cannabis industry, social media, and turning store visits into fun activations — this is your dream gig.
What You’ll Get

Schedule
Standard Hours:
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday – Saturday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Schedules flex for big events and promotions (some longer days will happen — we want someone who’s genuinely excited about that).
What You’ll Actually Do
- Hit the road and visit dispensaries across South Jersey (3–4 hours driving/day max)
- Run in-store pop-ups, vendor days, and educational tastings
- Educate budtenders & customers on our killer product lineup
- Build real relationships with store teams (this is where the magic happens)
- Take fire photos & videos for our social channels
- Jump in front of the camera for company content & events
- Help with event setup, breakdowns, and whatever fun marketing project comes up
- Stay in constant communication with the marketing squad
