• $125 weekly gas reimbursement

About Us

Bango Distribution is a cannabis distribution company representing a portfolio of premium brands throughout New Jersey. We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, and dependable Brand Ambassador who is passionate about the cannabis industry and enjoys building relationships, educating consumers, and representing our brands throughout South Jersey.

This is not your typical 9-to-5 position. Every day is different, and we’re looking for someone who is excited to travel, connect with people, create content, and be an active part of our growing team.

Schedule

Standard Schedule

• Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday – Saturday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

This is a full-time position. While these are our typical working hours, schedules may vary based on events, promotions, store visits, and business needs. Some days may require additional hours, and we are looking for someone who has a flexible schedule and is willing to stay later or adjust their availability when needed.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout South Jersey visiting dispensaries and retail partners.
• Drive approximately 3–4 hours per daybetween accounts.
• Conduct in-store pop-ups, vendor days, promotional events, and product education.
• Educate budtenders and consumers on Bango Distribution brands and products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensary staff and management.
• Professionally represent Bango Distribution and our brands at all times.
• Capture photos and videos during store visits, events, and activations.
• Participate in company photo shoots, promotional videos, and social media content.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera and actively participating in company social media.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, inventory, and additional marketing initiatives as needed.
• Maintain communication with the marketing team and complete required reports.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, promotions, or brand ambassador work preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products and the New Jersey cannabis industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Personable, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers and dispensary staff.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable driving throughout South Jersey daily.
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and self-motivated.
• Active on social media and comfortable creating content.
• Comfortable being featured in company marketing materials, videos, and social media campaigns.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
