Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front End Associate. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. This position is well-suited for individuals with experience in the hospitality or food industry.
Duties:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
- Assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and offer recommendations
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area, including checkout lanes and displays
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Follow proper food safety and handling procedures when handling food items
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is a plus
- Experience in banquet, food service, catering, bartending, dietary aide, or restaurant settings is beneficial
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
