We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfasr Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced dining environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
- Train, develop, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory control and ordering processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha or Micros for cash handling and sales tracking.
- Implement effective budgeting strategies to enhance profitability while maintaining quality service.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate shift management to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with fine dining, casual dining, quick service, or fast food environments is preferred.
- Experience with training & development of staff members in hospitality settings.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and customer service excellence.
- Experience in budgeting, inventory control, and financial management within a restaurant context is advantageous.
