Requirements for RN or LPN:

• Possess an active, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in MA or NY - we will assist with reciprocty
• Possess clinical experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting, preferred
  
  
  

Job Duties for RN or LPN:

• Take and record vital signs
• Monitor patients and chart medical records accurately
• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient's needs
• Provide routine care for patients
