Requirements for the Executive Director:

• A current, unencumbered Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of Massachusetts
• Prior experience as an Administrator/Executive Director of a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
• Proven track record of achieving successful Department of Public Health and Joint Commission surveys
  
  
  

Job Duties for Executive Director:

• Provide leadership and direct the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility
• Maintain our focus on the organization’s resident-centered mission, vision, and long-term goals
• Foster a culture of cooperation and teamwork among our clinical, managerial and ancillary teams
• Oversee hiring and staff management
• Ensure facility compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Oversee building and safety compliance; provide support during Life Safety surveys
• Develop and maintain an operational budget within corporate guidelines
• Interact effectively with governing board, residents, families, staff and visitors
