Rate: $37-47.50/hr. plus $1-4 shift differentials, & $15,000 sign-on bonus

Shift Schedule: Full-Time 11:00PM-7:00AM

Requirements for Nursing Supervisor:

• Must possess valid unencumbered, RN/LPN State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred.
• Must have minimum of one year experience in long-term care
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
  
  
  

Job Duties for Nursing Supervisor:

• Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
• Supervision of all 11PM-7AM Nurses and CNAs
• Manage staffing changes
• Support family inquiries and screen visitors
• Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions
• Ensure high quality resident/patient care
• Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
