We have an immediate opening for a reliable hard-working individual performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance. All work will be done in compliance with EPA, Hazmat and OSHA safety rules and regulations.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** **

• Machine shop experience
• Perform minor building, repairs as necessary
• Call HVAC technician, plumber, or electrician as required
• Implement preventative maintenance measures
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
• Complete inspections of offices and shop as needed
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested
• Must be able to clock on and off jobs accurately in an electronic clocking system
• Must be able to read and understand manufacturing orders.
• Ability to use and read various types of measuring equipment with a high degree of accuracy.
• Must be able to operate various hand tools, tooling fixtures and machines, such as saws, grinders, drills, drill presses, belt sanders, slotters, and shears
• Must be able to work OT as required.
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Must be willing to perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• High school diploma/GED required
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
• Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including CNC machines, Bridgeport Mills and small hand tools
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Able to work well with minimal supervision
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
  
  

Work Environment Requires Use Of The Following

• Safety Glasses/Googles meeting the ANSI Z87.1-1989 requirement with permanent side shields
• Safety Shoes that meet the ANSI Z41 standard with a steel or composite toe are required
• Wage Range:** $22.00/hour - $35.00/hour
