Job Summary:
Inventory Specialist duties include maintaining the organizations inventory through daily tasks, which include but are
not limited to setting stock levels, ordering product and supplies, utilizing reporting, cycle counting, transferring,
adjustments and creating locations for parts. They will adhere to all Bandit safety, quality, inventory and production
guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures.
Inventory Specialist duties include maintaining the organizations inventory through daily tasks, which include but are
not limited to setting stock levels, ordering product and supplies, utilizing reporting, cycle counting, transferring,
adjustments and creating locations for parts. They will adhere to all Bandit safety, quality, inventory and production
guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage stock rotation procedures.
- Maintains accurate inventory levels and storage spaces in warehouse.
- Develop or maintain standards, such as organization or structure, for the design of data warehouse elements.
- Provides inventory reports to appropriate departments and/or managers, for example: purchasing department.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing
- Route material/products to proper department/company
- Maintain clean work areas
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read a tape measure, basic shop math, and/or able to read a blueprint.
- Ability to use a tape measure and other measuring instruments.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Complete Bandit’s crane and/or forklift safety training
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently stand, walk, push, pull, stoop, pinch, grasp, and/or bend
- Requires employee to work both inside/outside in heat/cold, and/or wet/humid conditions.
- Frequently required to use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent injury.
- Frequently lift 50 pounds
- Occasionally lift 60 pounds
Salary : $35,106 - $44,046
