Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site position for a Director of Benefits, located in Moorestown, NJ. The Director of Benefits will oversee the administration of Bancroft employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and other programs. Key responsibilities include managing benefits policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, collaborating with employees and vendors, analyzing benefit trends, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance the organization’s offerings. Additionally, this role will ensure benefits offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in benefits administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Compensation Management and Compensation & Benefits strategies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in leadership roles within Human Resources or Benefits Administration
- Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations governing employee benefits
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification (e.g., CEBS, PHR, or SPHR) is preferred
