Role Description
TAC Benefits Group is seeking a full-time Account Manager located on-site in Fort Washington, PA. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a designated set of clients, and will be responsible for managing their healthcare and employee benefits programs. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing client needs, developing customized health plans, designing enrollment strategies, and leading engagement campaigns, all with the goal of providing the best healthcare service possible.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in account management or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of healthcare and benefits industry
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with healthcare and benefits administration software preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Dedication to customer service and client satisfaction
