Hourly Rate: $19.06-$19.44/hr

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) within our Adult Brain Injury Program, you’ll empower individuals living with intellectual disabilities and traumatic Brain Injuries to realize their best life.

Bancroft’s community-based residences for people with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities fosters a stable environment where each individual can experience independence. Direct Support Professionals help those in our care to reach their highest potential, while gaining experience and learning new skills. We are hiring in the Mt Laurel, Cherry Hill, and Voorhees area. Various schedules and shifts are available.

Qualifications

We’re Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:

• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
• Have the ability and willingness to work weekends

The current hiring range for this position is: $18.78-$19.16 per hour.
