We are looking for both Male DSP's for both Full time and Part time positions.

Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Provide personalized 1:1 support to individuals with disabilities over the age of 21.
- Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and empowerment.
- Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies as directed by supervisors.
- Engage in meaningful activities and community integration opportunities with individuals to enhance their quality of life.
