JOB SUMMARYAssist and support Department Manager/Team Leader in all department related matters.Coordinate, execute, and monitor all customer related issuesPrepare reports/presentations related to the department, when neededBack-up for the Investment product position.RESPONSIBILITIESComply with the Staff Handbook GuidelinesPerform work ensuring compliance and adherence to both, U.S. regulatory and Bank policies and proceduresRemain up to date with Procedures, Manuals, Bank Policies and Operating Instructions issued by BB’s Head Office in Brazil for subjects related to the department and the work performed.Perform the duties as defined in the Department’s Policies and Procedures Manual.Communicate with other internal or external areas when necessary.Responsible for all customer service-related inquiries/responses.Coordinate responses with Back Office’s Teams on all inquiries, that require their participation.Control/review/monitor and ensure execution of all customer related requests.Coordinate deadlines to complete relevant requests on a timely basis with the Back Office Teams.Coordinate, distribute, respond, and archive messages from department mailbox.Prepare relevant reports and presentations, with the support of the Back Office, when needed.Gather all relevant information and documentation from Head Office/Clients, when neededMonitor and verify reports to ensure information is accurate, when neededAct as liaison between clients, Corporate Officers/Assistants, and all departments of the Back Office on what pertains to account opening process.Train new clients on our internet banking platform.Assist clients with Internet Banking Access.Understand and perform all duties related to Investment Products, as back-up for the position.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSCollege degree preferredBanking experience in corporate relationship managementExcellent communication skills in English and PortugueseStrong attention to detail with exceptional organizational, technical, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently, solve problems, and find solutionsProficiency in MS Office, web-based applications, and desktop softwareCOMPENSATION Compensation for these 35 hour-per-week, full time roles includes a base annual salary in line with the market and the applicant’s experience, plus eligibility for discretionary Bonus. Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
