Our client is the largest privately owned bank in the nation, offering a full range of personal, commercial, trust, and mortgage banking products and services.
The Bank Teller is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Processing customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and cashier’s checks.
- Balancing the cash drawer and maintaining accurate transaction records.
- Assisting customers with account inquiries and basic banking services.
- Identifying customer needs and referring appropriate products and services.
- Maintaining compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Resolving customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Supporting branch operations and assisting team members as needed.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of Bank Teller experience
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
Pay Rate: $20.00/ hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
