Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing department by coordinating and executing various marketing activities to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a knack for detail, and a passion for promotion and brand strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Campaign and content support: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including email, social media, and print.
- Market research and analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and inform strategy.
- Asset coordination: Manage the creation, inventory, and distribution of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and promotional items, ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines.
- Reporting and tracking: Monitor key marketing metrics and track campaign performance. Prepare reports and presentations for management to provide insights and measure success.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and successful project execution.
- Administrative duties: Handle various administrative tasks, such as managing marketing calendars, document creation, and updating contact databases.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role is preferred.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
