THE OPPORTUNITY
The AVP, HOA Technical Lead provides technical leadership for HOA operations, supporting system optimization, implementation, and training for treasury management products and accounting interfaces. This role acts as a technical resource for internal teams, branches, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective service delivery. You will also assist the HOA Sales team with proposals, technical analyses, and other Client Services Manager assigned tasks. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HOA platform and products. Serve as a technical liaison between Client Service team and HOA IT teams for banking platforms
- Assess and consult on client product needs
- Oversee tracking and resolution of technical customer issues; gather feedback
- Facilitate onboarding and technical setups for new/existing deposits and treasury products
- Analyze and recommend improvements from client interactions
- Support implementation/training for Treasury services
- Participate in meetings on Application Programming Interface (API)tech setups to identify trends and enhance support
- Evaluate and resolve customer accounting system compatibility
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, technical processes and reduce risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and automation projects.
- Develop internal procedures for technical issues
- Follow all established policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Minimum 5 years in banking, fintech, or financial services required
- Preferred: HOA industry accounting software knowledge in API, Vantaca, CINC, Appfolio, Frontsteps/Caliber
- 1–3 years business analyst, treasury sales/implementation experience
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions that have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and cross functional departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry core applications
- Must be able to establish peer relationships and communicate effectively with multiple company disciplines, cross-functional, and external teams.
- Ability to apply sound judgment, effectively solves problems, and determines fraudulent activity consistently.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and process-oriented approach.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
- High School diploma or equivalent required

SALARY RANGE
The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
