This role is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an open office setting to support the agency' daily operations. Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following duties:
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the correct destination.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls.
- Take and relay messages accurately.
- Perform clerical tasks, including typing, filing, and making copies.
- Collect mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy reception area.
- Perform other related clerical support duties as assigned.
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Rate of Pay: $13.39 per hour
