What are the responsibilities and job description for the Investment Advisor Representative - Lead Advisor Track position at BAM Advisory Group?
Do you love building deep relationships and taking care of people over the long haul?
We do, too.
As a championship team, we believe that teamwork, trust, and shared goals are everything. Our clients will tell you that every interaction, relationship, and retirement plan is built on collaboration and excellence—the same mindset that drives how we treat our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and love serving people well (without having to “sell” or close new business), we’d love to meet you.
Who We Are
We are an independent advisory firm that values building strong, lasting relationships with our clients. As fiduciaries, we help create better financial outcomes by carefully analyzing options, understanding the numbers, and eliminating emotional decision-making.
We walk with our clients through every season of life, especially the transition into and through retirement. We pride ourselves on a culture of extreme ownership, genuine care, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching—the same principles that define a great team both on and off the field.
We’re looking for a driven Financial Advisor with 2–4 years of financial services or sales experience who is ready to take their career to the next level, but may be limited today by inconsistent lead flow, lack of mentorship, or unclear pathways for advancement.
This role is designed for talented professionals who want to build a long-term career within BAM Advisory Group. You’ll benefit from a structured training program, ongoing mentorship, and—once training milestones are met—access to a steady flow of firm-generated qualified leads. We also provide financial sponsorship toward obtaining your CFP® designation to support your professional growth.
This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a relationship-focused environment, wants to serve clients deeply, and prefers a proven system rather than hunting for business.
Your Everyday Superpowers – A Relationship-Driven Advisor Position
At the heart of our firm is a strong, client-first culture where meaningful connections and exceptional service drive everything we do. In this role, you’ll guide clients using our BAM Retirement Game Plan™ process, helping them gain clarity, confidence, and long-term peace of mind.
