Heavy Truck Tire and Truck Wash Tech

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Tire and wash technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related components. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities, a commitment to customer service, and a keen attention to detail. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of our fleet, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on tires, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Perform cleaning and detailing of vehicles, ensuring they meet company standards for appearance.
• Utilize buffing techniques to restore vehicle surfaces as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist with truck washing and re-imaging as needed.
• Apply janitorial skills to keep the workshop area tidy and functional.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Customer service experience is essential for interacting with clients effectively.
• Familiarity with car wash processes and detailing techniques is a plus.
• Experience in buffing, cleaning, custodial tasks, or janitorial work will be beneficial.
• A valid driver's license is recommended for driving vehicles within the facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
