Essential Functions
- Develop and execute communication plans aligned to Operations priorities.
- Coordinate messaging across platforms to support consistency and clarity.
- Draft stakeholder-facing materials including presentations, FAQs, and updates.
- Tailor communication for different audiences (school leaders, staff, families, community).
- Support communication for major projects, relocations, and operational changes.
- Support development and management of key partnerships aligned to Operations initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with community organizations, agencies, and partners.
- Coordinate feedback from external stakeholders to inform internal teams.
- Coordinate communication across academic, operational, and facilities teams.
- Gather and synthesize information to support aligned messaging.
- Support timing and sequencing of communications across initiatives.
- Maintain feedback loops between internal teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor stakeholder feedback and identify emerging concerns.
- Facilitate discussions between district and school leaders, families, and community members.
- Support resolution efforts by coordinating communication and providing clarity.
- Assist in planning and executing community engagement efforts.
- Coordinate communication for assigned capital and operational projects.
- Provide regular updates on project milestones, timelines, and impacts.
- Maintain communication tools such as FAQs and project updates.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, public relations, or project coordination.
- Demonstrated experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, or project coordination.
- Strong ability to translate complex operational information into clear messaging.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including schools, families, and community organizations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and communication platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in high-pressure environments.
