Summer Related Services Providers (Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists) will be responsible for increasing skills and student achievement through the delivery of services in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), conducting assessments and participating in summer IEP meetings.

Essential Functions
The Related Services Staff (Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists) will be working as follows:
- With students in the district ESY programs who have a related service on their IEP
- On school-based teams to attend IEP meetings and conduct assessments
- To provide student and program-specific support (e.g. ED/Pride, FBA/BIP Team)
- To provide IFSP assessments and services (home-based and program-based)
- To provide services to schools that operate using an alternative schedule, to provide services, attend IEP meetings and conduct assessments
- To perform and promote all activities in compliance with equal employment and non-discrimination policies; follow federal laws, state laws, school board policies and professional standards.
- Maintains confidential and sensitive information.

- Employee of Baltimore City Public Schools for the 2025-2026 school year, with the intention to remain an employee for the 2026-2027 school year.
- Possession of all appropriate licenses, certificates, and contracts for the 2026-2027 school year (non-renewals, expiring certifications or licenses, separations including retirees will not be considered for summer school employment).
- Acceptable annual rating by school principal/administrator
- Ability to work designated ESY hours via a set schedule
- Knowledge of instructional strategies that support skill development
- Ability to provide focused clinical services to meet individual student needs
- Demonstrated capacity to work with students needing skill reinforcement and /or enrichment
- Exhibits professional oral, written communication and human relation skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Proficient in the use of technical computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel
