Manufacturing Order Management Analyst

• Plan-to-Receipt Control: Convert, stage, and confirm production/process orders; execute goods issues/receipts with zero‑defect transactional discipline; keep WIP accurate.
• Master Data Accuracy: Validate BOMs and routings (work centers, times, scrap) before release; raise fixes through master data governance; monitor MRP exceptions and align with planners on reschedules, expedites, and shortages.
• Financial Hygiene: Reconcile order variances (material, labor, overhead) and collaborate with Finance on root causes and corrective actions.
• Shop-Floor Flow: Sequence/dispatch by line/cell vs. the frozen schedule, ATP, and capacity; partner with Purchasing, Warehouse, Supervisors, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to clear constraints (shortages, NC material, downtime).
• BOM Integrity & Changes: Audit component lists, alternates, substitutions; confirm effectivity dates and ECO/ECN incorporation; maintain revision alignment across BOMs, routings, and records; lead cycle checks and analyze yield/scrap trends.
• Materials & Inventory: Enforce complete kitting, resolve discrepancies, ensure accurate backflushing and batch/lot tracking; support cycle counts and analyze inventory adjustments.
• Quality & Compliance: Apply correct inspection plans and sampling to orders; manage upstream queries for timely closure; maintain documentation standards (batch records, travelers, labels, serialization/traceability); support audits and regulatory requirements.
• Performance & Improvement: Publish OTIF, schedule adherence, WIP, yield, scrap, rework hours, labor efficiency, and lead time; facilitate kaizen/A3s; institutionalize standardized work and visual management.

Reporting to the Planning and Logistics Manager, you’ll interface across the Supply Chain team and contribute to cross‑functional and regional projects.

• 3–5 years in manufacturing planning/control or shop‑floor scheduling; expert user of SAP PP/MM (or similar ERP).
• Hands‑on with production orders, BOMs, routings, work centers, MRP, inventory transactions.
• Working knowledge of capacity planning, takt time, standard work, and OEE basics.
• Fluent in quality systems and document control practices.
• Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups), solid data analysis; Power BI exposure is a plus.
• Mindset: ownership and rigor, cross‑functional communicator, structured problem solver (5‑Why, fishbone), strong prioritization, compliance‑oriented.

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in automotive, aerospace, medical devices, chemicals, or electronics.
• Familiarity with APS/finite scheduling, kanban/pull systems, and S&OP.
• CPIM/CSCP and/or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
