Duties
- Prepare bagel dough according to established recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and dough sheeters safely and efficiently
- Shape and boil bagels before baking, adhering to precise techniques and timing
- Bake freshly made bagels to meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Maintain a clean workspace by following proper sanitation procedures and food safety guidelines

Requirements
