What You Will Own
- Strategic direction and day to day oversight of the full Facilities operation
- Construction and operational start-up execution for a major integrated resort opening
- Central plant, preventive maintenance, landscaping, and outdoor recreational facilities
- Departmental budgets, capital expenditures, and utility management across the entire property
- A team of managers, supervisors, and staff who will take their standard from you
- Compliance with all health, safety, and building codes in one of the most scrutinized regulatory environments in the industry
