We are looking for a VP of Convention Sales to build the group business foundation for one of the most consequential hospitality openings in Chicago's history. Not to inherit it. Not to manage it. - Operations and Compliance
- Full pre-opening sales strategy for group and convention business
- Team development, account targeting, and pipeline creation from day one
- Revenue strategy and booking pace across corporate, association, medical, and citywide markets
- Strategic partnerships with Choose Chicago, DMCs, MPI, PCMA, and key industry intermediaries
