About the role
We are hiring outgoing, reliable people to represent a public policy campaign in high-traffic community locations. This role is best described as face-to-face sales, but instead of selling a product, you are educating people and asking for support on an issue that affects their community.
If you enjoy conversations, reading people, and helping others understand an issue quickly and clearly, you will do well here.
What you will do
- Approach people in a friendly, professional way
- Briefly explain the issue and answer questions
- Ask for support and guide interested people through the process
- Work as part of a small team in safe, public locations
- Track results and improve your approach with feedback

Experience
Sales experience is helpful but not required. We provide training. People with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, fitness, events, education, or advocacy tend to do very well.
Pay and scheduling
Pay includes an hourly base plus bonuses based on performance. Strong performers earn significantly more than base pay.
Schedules are flexible with daytime and early evening shifts available.
Work environment
You will work in pairs or small teams in well-traveled public areas. This is a respectful, professional environment with clear standards. We do not tolerate harassment or pressure tactics.
