Balloon Museum returns to Miami: Following the remarkable success of our exhibitions in cities such as Rome, Paris, New York, Atlanta, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Chicago, we are excited to bring our unique experience back to Miami once again.
We are looking for Baristas.
We are seeking candidates with prior experience, even if limited, who are eager to learn, grow, and challenge themselves in a dynamic environment.
Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong customer service skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages as well as sweet and savory food items, including cotton candy
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly presence throughout the entire shift
- Provide excellent customer service, interacting with guests in a respectful and courteous way
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully operational at all times
- Set up and clean down workstations at the beginning and end of each day to prepare for the following shift
- Restock products and supplies, ensuring all items are consistently available
- Assist with periodic inventory checks
- Follow all guidelines and instructions provided by the F&B Manager, working closely under their supervision
Requirements:
- Sociable, approachable, and comfortable working closely with the public
- Strong communication skills with a polite and respectful attitude
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage busy periods
- Reliability and strong sense of responsibility
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
The team will be supported and guided by the F&B Manager throughout the experience.
The museum will open in May and remain open until September.

Pay: $16.00 gross per hour.

Salary : $16
