Job Description

Ballers Social Sports Venues is expanding across the U.S., and we are looking for a creative, data-driven, and strategic Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, venue foot traffic, and event bookings across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has a passion for sports, social entertainment, food & beverage, and experiential marketing, with a strong background in multi-location marketing, digital advertising, and community engagement. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, and a passion for promoting physical activity and healthy living.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies for new venue openings and existing locations.
  • Create localized marketing playbooks for each venue to drive community engagement and market penetration.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing opportunities to refine strategies.
  • Develop and manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media, programmatic, influencer collaborations) to drive traffic and bookings.
  • Lead content creation strategy, including social media management, email marketing, and influencer partnerships to build brand excitement.
  • Work with designers and content creators to produce engaging visuals, video content, and promotional materials.
  • Optimize SEO and website content to increase organic traffic and online bookings.
  • Lead marketing efforts for grand openings, sportsthemed events, and corporate/private event promotions.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with sports teams, local businesses, influencers, and media outlets to amplify brand exposure.

Implement grassroots and community-based marketing strategies to build local brand affinity.

  • Coordinate press releases, PR campaigns, and media events for new venue launches.
  • Foster relationships with local and national media, sports bloggers, and entertainment influencers to drive organic media coverage.
  • Secure earned media placements through storytelling and event activations.
  • Develop and optimize loyalty and membership programs to drive repeat visits and brand advocacy.
  • Leverage customer feedback, surveys, and reviews to improve brand experience and marketing messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze guest behavior data to refine marketing strategies and promotional offers.
  • Establish KPIs for marketing campaigns and provide reports on ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring costeffective strategies to maximize impact.
  • Use Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing dashboards to track performance and improve targeting strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 years of marketing experience in hospitality, entertainment, food & beverage, or sportsrelated industries.
  • Experience with multilocation marketing, grand openings, and communitybased activations.
  • Proven track record in social media management, digital advertising, and influencer marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, TikTok marketing, and email automation.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and brand messaging skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of sports culture, fan engagement, and experiential marketing trends is a plus.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and content management systems.
  • Passion for promoting physical activity and healthy living
  • Knowledge of pickleball, padel, golf, squash, and soccer
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
