Main Responsibilities
- Lead Social Media for Baller League UK
- Definition and implementation of the social media objectives and strategy together with the Marketing Director
- Creation and management of the editorial plan with attractive and creative content together with the design team
- Interlocution with other areas of the company -such as Commercial, Content, PR and Marketing- to ensure brand consistency.
- Keeping up to date with the latest content trends and general current affairs in the digital sphere.
- Moderation and management of the community on the various platforms/channels of the competition.
- Active listening of the community in social networks.
- Results report, with conclusions and proposals for improvement according to the objectives.
- Analysis and monitoring of potential competitors and relevant companies in the sector.
- Creation of creative and eye-catching ideas for branding campaigns.
Requirements
- Studies in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or similar.
- Proficiency in marketing tools as well as social media tools and Mailchimp, Google Ads, Wordpress, Hootsuite.
- Vision and orientation of objectives and results
- Resolute, responsible and autonomous person
- Planning and organizational skills
