What We Offer
What You Can Expect to Earn:

Base Pay:
- $23–$25 per hour based on experience
- Equivalent to $47,000–$52,000 annually
Bonus Potential:
- Up to $18,000 annually in monthly performance bonuses
- Earn $500, $1,000, or $1,500 per month depending on results
Total Annual Compensation:
- $53,000–$60,000 annually for candidates with 1–3 years of management experience
- $63,000–$70,000 annually for experienced leaders (3–5 years) who consistently hit performance goals
