What We Offer
What You Can Expect to Earn:
We're all about setting clear, achievable goals-and rewarding our team when they meet them. Here's what our compensation package looks like:
Base Pay:
- $24-$26 per hour based on experience
- 3-6% Commission Opportunity on Individual Membership Sales
- Equivalent to $50,000-$54,000 annually
Bonus Potential:
- Up to $18,000 annually in monthly performance bonuses
- Earn $500, $1,000, or $1,500 per month depending on results
Total Annual Compensation Opportunity:
- $56,000-$63,000 annually for candidates with 1-3 years of management experience
- $66,000-$72,000 annually for experienced leaders (3-5 years) who consistently hit performance goals
