You must have significant experience with title & survey review, due diligence review, negotiation of loan documents, UCC searches/filings and organizing closing documentation.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days a week in the office.

Your Role:
As a Paralegal within our Finance department, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Coordinating with title companies and reviewing title, survey, and zoning documents.
  • Coordinating post-closing follow up to ensure compliance with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac requirements.

  • Teamwork: The ability to work independently, as well as with a team and with clients. Work collaboratively in a strong team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate-level skills working with Microsoft Office applications, document management systems and time-keeping software are necessary.

Required Experience:
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3 years’ commercial real estate experience with a law firm, title company, commercial lender, or other related entity. Title, plat, and survey review and experience with the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac DUS program or FHA-insured commercial mortgage loans are required. College degree preferred.
The salary range for this position is from $85,000 – $95,000, which reflects the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
