What You'll Do
As an LPN at Ballard Nursing Center, you'll play an important role in providing quality care to our residents and supporting the nursing team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing residents, monitoring their conditions, and reporting changes promptly.
- Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Providing compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
- Supervising and supporting CNAs and CMTs during your shift.
- Communicating with physicians, residents, families, and other care team members.
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Following physician orders, care plans, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Assisting with admissions, discharges, care conferences, and infection prevention efforts.
- Helping create a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Night shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekend availability required
What We're Looking For
- Current Oklahoma or multistate LPN license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it upon hire.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the nursing team.
- A compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance when needed.
- Ability to respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.
