Competitive Pay: Hourly pay range from $28.00 - $39.00/hr, based on experience.

What We're Looking For
- 1 years of HVAC experience preferred (strong mechanical background considered)
- HVAC education or technical training (preferred)
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot systems
- Strong understanding of air balancing and sheet metal practices
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Positive, self-motivated, team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- NATE Certification (a plus, not required)
Candidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment
