Competitive Pay: $39.00 - $50.00/hr, based on experience sales commission and SPIFFs

What We're Looking For
- Valid Driver's License & Insurable Driving Record: You'll be representing us on the road, so we need someone responsible and reliable.
- 3 Years of HVAC Service Experience: We're seeking professionals who have a solid background in HVAC service and are ready to take on more responsibility.
- Refrigeration Experience: Strong experience with refrigeration systems is a must.
- Compressor and TXV replacement experience is required.
- Expertise in refrigeration leak repair and diagnosing issues in refrigeration systems.
- Heat Pump Expertise: Experience working with and repairing heat pumps is highly desired.
- Willingness to Work Overtime: We have peak seasons, and we need someone who can handle extended hours when necessary.
Candidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment
