This position is responsible for thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing residential and commercial HVAC duct systems using industry-approved equipment and techniques. Responsibilities include performing detailed inspections of ductwork and related components, identifying potential issues, completing basic system maintenance, and documenting service findings.The technician will also communicate clearly and professionally with clients-explaining the cleaning process, answering questions, and recommending additional services when appropriate. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely in a variety of environments.Required Qualifications:Valid driver's license and insurable driving recordMust be confident and experienced in safely operating large box trucksHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in vacuum or mechanical design is a plus.2 years of hands-on experience working with high or ultra-high vacuum components.Familiarity with vacuum measurement tools (Pirani, cold cathode, ion gauges, gauge tubes) and leak detection techniques.Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.Comfortable working in various weather conditions and industrial environments.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Salary : $28 - $33
