Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Resolve phone, walk-in and, text customers service/repair inquires
• Log customers personal and unit information into the CRM system
• Identify customer needs and expectations, including these details in their Work Order
• Utilize CRM to proactively track and monitor customers service to provide accurate status updates on the progress of their Work Order
• Daily use of part look up platform for customers and technicians
• Work closely with the sales department, coordinating internal repair orders and communication with Service Technicians to obtain accurate estimates
• Proactively communicate to customers through the repair process, including delays or necessary updates to estimates
• Answer a high volume of phone calls from customers
• Schedule internal and external unit accessories installation.
• Arrange pickup and delivery of units for sales and service department
• Process payments from customers for services provided
  
  
  

What We'll Need From You

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
• Basic computer skills required
• Experience with CRM is preferred
• 1 years of Service experience, preferably in a related field
• Powersports and lawn/garden industry or related experience is preferred
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Friendly, positive attitude
  
  
  

Schedule:

The position is full time requiring varying shifts Monday through Saturday to cover business operations. Evening hours may be required. Work week hours will vary during the spring and summer peak season. This position is hourly and is eligible for overtime after 40 hours worked per week.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $17 - $22 hourly based on experience
