Are you passionate about quality, food safety, and continuous improvement? We're looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality systems and food safety programs in our manufacturing facility while partnering with operations, suppliers, and customers to drive excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead plant quality assurance and food safety programs.
• Manage audits, customer quality concerns, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with production and cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality.
• Oversee supplier quality issues, claims management, mock recalls, and compliance activities.
• Champion a strong culture of safety, quality, and employee engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with GMP, HACCP, SQF, ISO, FSSC, or related quality systems preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Expected Hiring Salary Range: $98,900 - $141,330 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
• This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.

• Onsite Work Environment: This requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site. Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
