- Coordinate property repairs
- Provide detailed inspections of new home construction
- Photograph construction issues
- Documenting detailed information while reporting your findings
- Provide a working knowledge of home construction and new home performance standards
- Communicate to customers basic warranty coverage and set proper warranty expectations
- Attend Quality Assurance team meetings and other required corporate meetings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sound knowledge of residential new home performance standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Basic phone and computer skills
- Good time management skills
