- Providing IT support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices at the designated location
- Configuring, installing, and maintaining computer software and peripheral systems for users
- Identifying, managing, and resolving issues promptly (within SLA)
- Responding to customer requests effectively and communicating to address issues
- Updating user information in the organizational system
- Updating user access for IT applications for new and current employees- Familiarity with updating the ITSM on incidents and requests, and maintaining the mapping of assets to end users in the ITSM tool
- Knowledge of LAN and WAN
- Troubleshooting networking and connection issues
- Conducting manual inventory as needed
- Performing lift and shift tasks
