IT Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and oversee a feasibility study. In this role, you will drive project execution from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, adherence to best practices, and delivery of high-quality solutions. Your leadership will be pivotal in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and implementing innovative IT strategies that propel our client's business forward. Responsibilities

• Site survey data collection and review construction drawings.
• Prepare IT budget for feasibility study
• Review proposals, prepare requisitions and purchase orders for new equipment, and process invoicing
• Review equipment documentation and specifications.
• Telecommunications coordination: coordinate the relocation and installation of new network and telecom cables
• Network resources coordination: activate network jacks, request IP address, update Service Now equipment asset information, request clinical database access
• Coordinate the imaging and install of new PCs
• Coordinate office relocations or new location builds
• Attend project meetings and walk through

Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects within enterprise environments.
• Extensive knowledge of project management software: MS Project, Smartsheet; troubleshooting; telecom, and networking; operating systems: Windows, MacOS; applications: Microsoft Office, EPIC, and ServiceNow.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong leadership qualities paired with exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues quickly; develop innovative solutions; support program management activities across multiple projects.

Preferred Criteria

• CompTIA A Certification
• Degree or Major in Computer Science
• PMP Certifiaction
• Proficient in Smartsheet
• Proficient in MS Project

Required Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3 or more years of work related experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• COVID Vaccination
• Provide proof of negative tuberculosis result
• Ability to clear an extensive background check
• Ability to clear a 7-panel drug screen

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• CompTIA A (Preferred)
• PMP (Preferred)
