Baldwin Contracting, Inc. is a leading Contract Delivery Service supplier for the United States Postal Service. We are currently seeking applicants to serve as a sub-contractor for mail carrier service (1099-NEC Position) in Mayer, AZ.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
- Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions
- Must reside in the area or neighboring town/city
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have a clean 5 year driving history
- Must pass a drug test
- Must be able to be stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to enter/exit vehicle, with ease, as required to deliver accountable mail or packages throughout work day
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sorting mail in delivery sequence for active mailboxes
- Loading mail and parcels in delivery sequence into a delivery vehicle
- Delivering mail to customer boxes along an assigned line-of-travel
- Deliver parcels, Express mail and other accountable mail items as required
- Other administrative duties are required
- Adhering to ALL US Postal Service rules & regulations
- Providing EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE to ALL customers
Must be available to start November 10, 2025 upon hire
- Work schedule: Monday- Saturday 7:00 am until finished, daily
- Salary: $49,868.75 annual ($25.25 p/hr X 6.51 AVG DAILY HOURS)
- Health/Welfare, Vacation, Holiday compensation are included in annual salary
- Typically, routes requires 6-8 hours of work daily, depending on volume of mail
- Fuel to operate route is provided
- Delivery vehicle is provided
Experience:
- USPS, FEDEX, UPS delivery; 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service and/or delivery background (preferred)
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
