About Pierless
Founded in 1999 and acquired by Baldor Specialty Foods in 2020, Pierless Fish has proudly supplied New York City’s top chefs and restaurants with the highest quality fish
and shellfish for over 20 years. From the beginning, our focus has been on ethical and responsible harvesting practices, because we want to make sure the fishing industry
can serve future generations. Baldor added this great brand to its portfolio because we recognized the opportunity to bring fresh, well-butchered fish to our 15,000 customers
from Maine to Virginia. We are continually working on expanding the reach of Pierless so even more restaurants can offer their best-in-class seafood.
